Licence & Usage Terms (J9 Online)

1. Single User Licence

Each licence purchased grants access to one named individual only.

Licences:

• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be shared across multiple users
• Must be registered to a real individual using a unique email address

Generic or shared email addresses (e.g. info@, sales@) are not permitted.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share login credentials with any other individual
• Allow multiple users to access the platform using a single account
• Distribute, reproduce, or circulate any course content internally or externally

Any such use constitutes a breach of this agreement.

3. Monitoring & Audit Rights

We actively monitor platform usage to ensure compliance.

This may include:

• Login activity
• Access patterns
• Usage behaviour

We reserve the right to investigate any account where usage suggests multiple users.

4. Breach & Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that a licence is being shared or misused:

We may:

• Request clarification from the account holder
• Require additional licences to be purchased
• Suspend or terminate access without notice

5. Fee Recovery for Unauthorised Use

Where unauthorised multi-user access is identified:

We reserve the right to:

• Invoice for additional users at the standard licence rate
• Backdate charges to reflect the period of unauthorised use

Access may remain suspended until payment is made.

6. No Refunds for Breach

No refunds will be issued where access is suspended or terminated due to licence misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of J9 Consulting Ltd.

Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
